Sabatos Prime Meats is your old-fashioned butcher shop with the friendliest butchers around. We have been a family owned business since 1918, having built our shop on friendly customer service, while providing the best quality products at the Jersey Shore.
When you come into the store, everyone knows your name. Nine times out of ten you’ll hear Andy, John, or Lars yelling, “Hey Sue, how’s it going?” The importance of family carries on as the shop remains in the hands of Andy and John Sabatos, first cousins, who currently run the store.
