| Meat Andy Sabatos: |
Andy is the father of 4 girls (don’t feel bad for him, he grew up with 6 sisters; he’s used to it!), grandfather of 2 boys (another on the way), and husband to his wife, Pat. Andy grew up in Union, New Jersey where he held a steady job at his father's, Andrew L Sabatos's Butcher Shop, 'Sabatos & Sons'. Andy attended Montclair State where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business, all while learning how to run a store from his father. Andy is an avid runner. He has competed in the New Jersey and Marine Corps Marathons. If you see him at 4AM running the streets of Monmouth County, be sure to honk your horn and say hello. |

| John is the father of 3 and husband to his wife, Paula. John grew up in Holmdel, New Jersey with his parents and two sisters. John’s father, also Johnny, opened the third Sabatos butcher shop down on the Jersey Shore. John is a car enthusiast. If there is a car show in the area, you may catch him there, so make sure to say hello. |
Meat Lars Johnson: |
Lars is the father of 2 girls and husband to his wife, Georganne. Lars grew up and currently resides in Brick, New Jersey. He joined Sabatos Prime Meats in the early 90's and has been working with Andy and John for nearly two decades. Lars is an avid fisherman and hunter. If you see him on the water, make sure to say hello. |
